We'll start with a conversation about your dream destinations, how you like to travel, and what’s on your wish list. I’ll also walk you through my planning process so we can both feel confident we’re a great match to move forward.
2. Save your spot
You’ll receive an invoice for my Professional Travel Services fee which covers my expertise, research, planning, and ongoing trip management for your entire itinerary. Your vacation is added to my calendar and planning begins.
3. trip research & proposal
I'll research, plan, and thoughtfully design a personalized travel experience tailored to you. Using my expertise and destination partners, I'll build a customized itinerary proposal with options for you to consider. It typically takes about 7 business days.
4. refine
Together we'll review the proposal and make adjustments to your preferences before finalizing your itinerary. Once you’re satisfied, you can make a trip deposit to secure your travel arrangements.
5. Book your vacation
Congratulations, your trip is booked! I’ll place your deposit, and your vacation is officially in motion.
Now you can pack your bags and enjoy your adventure knowing every detail has been carefully considered.
