Book your dream trip with me and I’ll take care of every detail from start to finish. Vacation planning takes a lot of time and research, which is one reason to have a professional do it for you! In order to perform the professional services required to plan and arrange your travel, a professional travel services fee is required. You receive the benefit of my skill, experience and training, professional relationships, and industry connections. The Professional Travel Services Fee covers your consultation, my research and recommendations, preparation of quotes and itineraries, reserving and booking each element of your trip, securing quotes for comprehensive travel insurance, administration of your booking from deposit to departure, and follow-up post-trip with suppliers (as needed). This fee is non-refundable.

1. INQUIRE

   First, we’ll start out by setting up a complimentary consultation so I can understand your travel goals and preferences either via phone or online Zoom.  I want to learn about you and your travel needs and to ensure we are both a good match. I also want you to feel comfortable with me being your planning partner.

2. TRIP RESEARCH & PROPOSALS

   Next, I begin my research to find the best options to meet those requests, form a plan and present you options to consider. You will let me know your thoughts and I will make adjustments until the final plan is perfect. Once you are satisfied with the itinerary, you can then choose to go ahead and make a trip deposit, or decide not to move forward. Until plans are booked and a deposit is paid, prices and product availability are not guaranteed.

   • I will research the trip you are dreaming of which may include: hotel/cruise, transportation to and from the airport, flights/trains/car rental, and excursions.

   • I will give you advice and recommendations, and share my supplier connections.

   • I will provide a maximum of three separate trip proposal quotes, with a maximum of 2 destinations.

   • You will make a decision on which trip proposal you would like to move forward with. The trip proposal quote is valid for 30 days from the day the proposal is sent.

3. TWEAK & REVISE

   I’ll prepare a detailed itinerary based on your decision. After you take time to review your proposal, we will make necessary adjustments based on your personal preferences and lock in your official plan! Once you are satisfied with the itinerary, you can choose to make a trip deposit to hold the reservation. This step secures your travel arrangements. I take care of the deposit, reservations, flights, and necessary paperwork making the process hassle-free for you.

   • You verify all information in the itinerary is accurate, by completing a trip details confirmation form.

   • You make a decision to move forward with the trip, or decide not to book.

   • You approve the final itinerary, and I make the reservations.

4. BOOK YOUR VACATION

   I then work on booking your vacation! I will make your trip deposit and your vacation is officially in motion! I will make all of the trip payments for you.

   • I make the trip deposit with your approval, and I make sure all plans are correct.

   • I make all payments including the final trip payment with your approval.

   • I monitor all reservations for changes (airlines for example change frequently).

   • I ensure your trip payments are made on schedule.

5. SPECIAL DETAILS AND ONGOING ADMINISTRATION

   Between booking your trip and your travel dates approaching, you are sure to have a few extra things you’ve thought of like trip excursions/tours that you’d love to have included. Rather than sending individual requests one email at a time, I will reach out to help make sure all of the little, special details are included in your experience to make your trip complete. I will also make adjustments/modifications to your travel itinerary.

   • Please allow at least 48 hours for any change or modification request/s to your travel itinerary.

   • I will provide a maximum of three itinerary changes after booking. Then you may be subject to a $50 change fee per itinerary change. This fee is waived if the change is to purchase additional services for the booking.

   • No changes are permitted 14 days prior to travel, unless you are canceling the trip.

6. FINAL PREPARATIONS

   Two or three weeks before you leave, we will schedule a 30 minute meeting where we will discuss your travel documents, confirmations, transportation details, hotel arrangements, excursions, and other relevant trip information. I’ll send you off with hard and/or electronic copies of every document you may need. This includes your custom itinerary, reservation confirmations, and tickets. I’ll also send helpful reminders, recommendations, and travel tips unique to your destination! This ensures your are well-prepared for your trip.

7. DEPART FOR YOUR VACATION

   When you board the plane, you will board with the full confidence that you have someone back home who has your back. My job isn’t done until you are home. During your trip I will be available for any questions or issues which might arise. Regardless of the problem, I will work to find solutions before, during and after your travel experience. This ongoing support ensures a smooth and stress-free trip. It's time for you to simply relax and enjoy your trip!
