Once we have agreed that we are a good fit, you'll receive an invoice for my Professional Travel Services fee. This fee covers my expertise, research, planning time, and ongoing trip management, including assistance with all aspects of your itinerary—from flights and accommodations to tours, transportation, and dining reservations. Once completed, your vacation is officially added to my calendar and I start the planning process.

*Note: the Professional Travel Services Fee is inclusive of up to 4 guests traveling on the same itinerary and sharing one room.

Now it’s my time to get to work matching the feedback you’ve given me to the right experience and destination for you! I start the research and begin planning your vacation. I use my expertise and work with destination partners to present a customized travel itinerary proposal and present options for you to consider. We will set up a 30 minute zoom meeting to go over the travel itinerary proposal, typically within about 7 business days.

After you take time to review your proposal, we will make necessary adjustments based on your personal preferences and lock in your official plan! Once you are satisfied with the itinerary, you can choose to make a trip deposit to hold the reservation. This step secures your travel arrangements.

Congratulations, your trip is booked! I make your trip deposit and your vacation is officially in motion! I take care of the accommodation reservations, flights, tours, transfers, and more! I will make all of the ongoing trip payments for you. I will be there for you step by step from now until you return. I will regularly check-in to answer any questions and send you some fun surprises to get you ready for your trip.

Between booking your trip and your travel dates approaching, you are sure to have a few extra things you’ve thought of that you’d love to have included. Rather than sending individual requests one email at a time, I will reach out to help make sure all of the little, special details are included in your experience to make your trip complete.

Two or three weeks before you leave, we will schedule a 30 minute meeting where we will discuss your travel documents, confirmations, transportation details, hotel arrangements, excursions, and other relevant trip information. I’ll send you off with hard and/or electronic copies of every document you may need. This includes your custom itinerary, reservation confirmations, and tickets. I’ll also send helpful reminders, recommendations, and travel tips unique to your destination! This ensures your are well-prepared for your trip.

When you board the plane, you will board with the full confidence that you have someone back home who has your back. My job isn’t done until you are home. During your trip I will be available for any questions or issues which might arise. Regardless of the problem, I will work to find solutions before, during and after your travel experience. This ongoing support ensures a smooth and stress-free trip. It's time for you to simply relax and enjoy your trip!
